Here at Honadore we breed
occasionally. We are known as what is called a "hobby breeder".
Breeding
is not a business for us. Much thought and research goes into planning a
litter to produce puppies sound in body and mind as well as retaining the
wonderful traits that the Labrador breed has become appreciated for since
its origins. All of our dogs have appropriate health clearances before
being bred. We are not a "kennel"... all our dogs live in our home
and all puppies are lovingly raised in our home with plenty of
socialization.
We
strive to be a resource to the families who bring one of our puppies
into their lives and we are available to answer any questions they may have.
Should one of our puppies ever need to be rehomed during its life, we will
gladly take back one of our dogs.
While we may not always have puppies available, we are always happy
to answer questions regarding the breed in general or on how to find a
reputable breeder or even whether the Labrador is
